With 30+ branches, Chestertons is one of London’s leading estate agencies. To raise awareness of Chestertons’ market research and position the management team as thought leaders, Viking PR has been implementing an ongoing property PR campaign since 2020.
As a result, Chestertons’ lettings and sales arm is regularly featured across national, regional and international press including The Times, The Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Bloomberg, City AM, Evening Standard, Metro, South China Morning Post and more.
Recoco Property Search
Established in 1999, Recoco Property Search is a leading buying agency specialising in finding properties across the UK including areas such as Devon, Cornwall, The Cotswolds, Somerset and more.
Recoco hired Viking PR in 2023 and has been featured across various national newspapers.
Recently, the agency finalised a property sale worth over £3m which was the direct result of the buyer reading about Recoco Property Search in a newspaper article.
Ombria
Ombria is the new luxury sustainable lifestyle destination in the Algarve. Once completed, Ombria will feature over 380 residences ranging from apartments and townhouses to villas.

Whetstone Green Apartments
North London’s Whetstone Green Apartments is a net zero carbon development with an EPC rating of “A” which has been nominated at the 2022 National Energy Efficiency Awards. The developer, MKM Developments, asked Viking PR to implement a 3-month PR campaign to attract buyers.

Clearview Developments
Clearview Developments creates boutique residential projects in key commuter towns across the UK.
To raise awareness of Clearview’s projects, increase sales enquiries and position the company CEO as thought leader, Viking PR carried out a proactive property PR campaign with coverage across national and regional titles.

MELT Homes
