07.01.22 | Client project almost sold out following PR campaign
Always great to hear about client success! We are so pleased to announce that Broadwater House, a boutique off-plan development in Tunbridge Wells, is now almost sold out. Since planning permission was granted, Viking PR has been spinning the PR drum for the project, generating extensive media coverage in the national and regional press. As part of the PR campaign, Broadwater House was shortlisted at the British Homes Awards and secured an award win at the UK Property Awards.

16.09.21 | French property market remains ‘hot’ for UK buyers
August has been an extremely busy and fruitful month; particularly for our French estate agency client Sextant Properties. 09.06.21 | Fewer sellers willing to drop asking prices
London’s property market witnessed a 19.4% decrease in the number of sellers willing to drop their asking prices, according to our client – estate agency Chestertons. The uplift in sellers’ confidence echoes Halifax’s latest House Price Index, which revealed that the average property price in London is now 3.1% higher than a year ago.
